About The Position
The Sussman House is presently seeking a per diem Hospice/Home Care Aide (CNA) to join their team! This position is per diem with variable hours. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Hospice/Home Care Aide role performs in-home care tasks required to help maintain and restore the physical, social, and emotional health of patients.
