About The Position

New Age Hospice is seeking a Hospice Growth Representative Location: El Paso, TX The Hospice Growth Representative is responsible for generating referrals and admissions by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources. This role focuses on educating the community about hospice services and ensuring patients and families receive compassionate, timely care.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in hospice, home health, or senior care.
• Strong understanding of hospice philosophy and services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to grow hospice census and market share.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations.
• Conduct presentations and educational sessions to promote hospice services.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
• Track and report referral activity, conversion rates, and market trends.
• Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to hospice marketing.
