As a Hospice Director Clinical Services (Registered Nurse/RN) at Compassus, you will supervise patient and family care as specified by the plan of care, ensuring appropriateness, continuity, service, and quality of care. You will support and manage the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), overseeing scheduling, productivity, mentoring, and monitoring. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to state and federal regulatory agencies' rules and regulations, attend and lead IDT meetings, and process EMR documentation workflow as needed.
