About The Position
As a Hospice Director Clinical Services (Registered Nurse/RN) at Compassus, you will play a crucial role in supervising patient and family care, ensuring adherence to care plans, and managing the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). You will oversee the consultative process between the Medical Director and the IDT, attend and lead IDT meetings, and process EMR documentation as needed.
