Actively prospect for new referral sources based on the Agency’s scope of service Maintain commitment and accountability for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual growth objectives. Drive patient census growth by utilizing relevant data to develop strategic sales plans for execution in given territory. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources and clinical management teams and field staff. Work closely with Clinical Management teams and field staff to ensure that the demand for clinical care is aligned with our capacity and at no time compromises the Agency’s ability to provide the best quality care for our patients. In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience in healthcare sales will be considered. Minimum of one year of sales or clinical experience.
