As a Hospice Community Liaison, you will build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to promote Bella Terra’s services. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in hospice marketing or healthcare business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of hospice care, home health services, and healthcare regulations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
  • Conduct regular visits to referral sources to identify patients appropriate for hospice services
  • Represent Bella Terra Home Health and Hospice at community events, health fairs, and civic functions
  • Create and implement strategic marketing plans to meet growth objectives
  • Monitor market trends and maintain compliance with industry regulations
  • Serve as a resource for community members and assist with accessing care
