About The Position
The Nursing Assistant, CNA is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services as outlined in the clients care plan. This position is responsible for following the direction of the nursing staff by following the individualized care plan for the clients they care for. Ecumen Hospice North Branch is hiring a Hospice CNA providing services in Chisago County and East Central Minnesota. The Ecumen Hospice North Branch team focuses on providing life honoring care for patients north of the Twin Cities metro area - including, but not limited to: Isanti, Chisago and Pine counties. The Ecumen Hospice mission is to provide care that exceeds the expectations of those that find themselves in the later stages of life by providing a level of comfort and quality of life that makes each person feel honored and supported as their life continues to have significance.
