About The Position

Hospice CNA for Nursing Home residents in the Capital Region! The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a FT CNA to work as part of our Hospice Team caring for patients and families in local Nursing Homes. As a CNA you will provide assistance with ADLs, provide for comfort needs, as well as offer added support to residents and families. Workdays are Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm. NO WEEKENDS! Community Hospice provides thorough orientation with training in end-of-life care, assigned preceptors, and a supportive work environment. Apply today for more information. Requirements

  • NYS CNA Licensure
  • 1-2 years long term care experience preferred
  • Previous hospice experience preferred but NOT required
