Accountability Passion for Learning Love One Another Intelligent Risk Taking Celebration Ownership What You’ll Do Travel to multiple patient homes each day, providing 4–6 visits on average Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing) Monitor and report vital signs and patient conditions Administer medications under nurse supervision Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified care environment Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on individualized care plans Document patient care accurately and comply with HIPAA regulations Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in Washington State Experience in home health or hospice agency highly preferred Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic Reliable, insured transportation and valid WA driver’s license Apply now!
