About The Position

Part-Time Hospice CNA – Snohomish County, WA Pay: $23–$29/hour | Schedule: Flexible Part-Time (3 days/week, one weekend day availability preferred but not required) Agency: Alpha Home Health & Hospice Bring Comfort and Dignity Home At Alpha Home Health & Hospice , we believe end-of-life care should be filled with compassion, comfort, and respect. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and room to grow into full-time as our census expands. You’ll assist patients with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and be a vital part of their care team. A typical day includes visiting several patients, supporting them with bathing, grooming, mobility, and comfort measures, while communicating changes in condition to the nursing team. You’ll also ensure a safe and dignified environment, help maintain patient comfort, and document care in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards.

Requirements

  • Active Washington CNA license
  • BLS certification
  • Compassion, reliability, and clear communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between patient homes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospice or home health (preferred but not required)
