Check us out online at www.capstonehospice.com As the CNA Supervisor, you are a member of the dedicated clinical team that is responsible for providing management and leadership of the CNA department. You will act as the liaison between the Patient Care Manager and the RN on CNA needs in the field for assigned patients. You will also collaborate with the Associate Clinical Director on appropriate CNA staffing to ensure patient care is covered. You will oversee and coordinate with the CNA scheduler to ensure patient care is evenly assigned for schedules and timely help. Our dedicated team of aides provide quality personal care to terminally ill patients and their families in the patient's private residence and senior living communities. This is a salaried exempt position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, this is a supervisory position. The position requires the candidate to be a licensed LPN in the state of Georgia.
