About The Position

We are looking for a compassionate HHA or CNA to provide personalized care to patients in their homes during their end-of-life journey. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional support to ensure the comfort and dignity of patients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Massachusetts CNA or HHA Certificate is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of patient/family/caregiver information at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and family caregivers.
• Document care provided and patient progress accurately and timely.
