About The Position

We are seeking a Hospice Clinical Manager with experience in overseeing and coordinating the clinical aspects of hospice care provided in patients' homes. This role ensures high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient use of resources. The Clinical Manager leads a team of healthcare professionals, collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, and maintains communication with patients' families and caregivers. Brief Overview of Responsibilities for Hospice Clinical Manager: Clinical Oversight Coordinate and oversee all patient services, including supervision of clinical staff, chart audits, and QAPI activities. Staff Management Appraise staff performance, provide teaching and counseling, and assist with orientation and training. Compliance and Records Oversee patient clinical records and ensure compliance with Medicare, State, and ACHC regulations. Direct Patient Care Provide patient care in the home setting as needed. Meetings and Supplies Participate in audits, IDG meetings, QAPI, and maintain adequate medical supplies. Professional Development Pursue ongoing self-development through education, workshops, and professional activities.
