Hospice Chaplain/Spiritual Care Counselor

Position Summary: Arrange and provide counseling to meet the spiritual needs of the patients and their families, in a manner consistent with beliefs/desires in accordance with the patient’s plan of care.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, MDiv or equivalent theological degree), or degree in pastoral care.
- Comfortable in an interfaith setting.
- Hospice experience.
- Able to accept different lifestyles, cultures, beliefs and values.
- Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and provide counseling to meet the spiritual needs of the patients and their families, in a manner consistent with beliefs/desires in accordance with the patient’s plan of care.
