Full-Time Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Compassion in Action. Care with Purpose. As a valued member of our hospice team, you will play a vital role in ensuring each patient receives individualized, respectful care in the comfort of their home. As a Hospice CNA, you will provide hands-on personal care that enhances comfort, preserves dignity, and improves quality of life. You’ll work closely with RNs, therapists, and family members to ensure coordinated, compassionate care. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current Arizona CNA license
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- TB clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass background screening
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual or conversational Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting)
- Supporting safe mobility and ambulation
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs
- Preparing and assisting with meals
- Assisting with medication reminders and self-administration
- Changing linens and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment
- Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and families
