Full-Time Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Compassion in Action. Care with Purpose. Location: Tucson, AZ Are you a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking for meaningful full-time work that truly matters? At Dependable Hospice, we’re seeking compassionate CNAs to provide essential care and comfort to patients during life’s final chapter. As a key member of our care team, you’ll help deliver dignity, peace, and support—one patient at a time. This is a full-time position and requires weekend availability. You’ll work closely with RNs, therapists, and family members to ensure each patient receives individualized, compassionate support.

Requirements

18 years or older
Current Arizona CNA license
Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation
Current CPR certification
TB clearance or ability to obtain
U.S. citizenship or proof of legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass background checks
High school diploma or GED
Successful completion of an accredited CNA training program

Bilingual or conversational Spanish a plus!

Responsibilities

Assisting with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting
Supporting safe mobility and assisting with ambulation and exercise
Monitoring and documenting vital signs
Preparing and serving meals
Aiding in the self-administration of medication
Changing linens and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment
Being a reassuring, compassionate presence for patients and families
