About The Position

Coordinates, evaluates and provides massage therapy to patients receiving hospice care.

Requirements

• Certified massage therapist from an established massage therapy institute.
• Licensed driver with reliable automobile which is insured in accordance with state law.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates and provides an organized massage therapy program.
• Provides massage therapy in alignment with the needs of the patient and physical limitations.
• Obtains orders from physician and develops a plan of care.
• Completes all documentation as required by the organization in compliance with legal, government, and accreditation requirements.
• Participates in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
