About The Position

The Hospice Care Consultant at Gentiva is responsible for educating healthcare professionals about hospice services and providing end-of-life solutions. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, compassion, and dignity, ensuring that patients and their families receive the support they need during critical times. The consultant will engage with the community, build partnerships with referral sources, and work closely with clinical and operational teams to promote hospice services.

Requirements

• Compassionate, kind, and empathetic demeanor towards clients and their families.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in hospice, home health, medical device sales, or similar fields.
• Proven track record as a top performer in sales.
• Established reputation within the community.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospice sales, home health sales, medical device sales, clinical liaison, RN liaison, clinical coordination, or medical sales.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services.
• Provide end-of-life solutions with a focus on clinical excellence and compassion.
• Engage with the community daily to build relationships with referral sources.
• Conduct phone calls and presentations to current and potential referral sources.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure high-quality hospice services.
