About The Position

Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a driven and compassionate Hospice Care Consultant to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to combine your sales expertise with purpose—helping patients and families access exceptional end-of-life care when it matters most. Compensation $90,000 to $140,000 annually, including base salary and commission potential. Requirements
- Proven track record in healthcare sales or business development
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Passion for helping patients and families navigate end-of-life care
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospice, home health, or post-acute care strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
- Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families on the value of hospice care
- Serve as a trusted partner and resource in the community
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions
