Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Care Center Manager (RN) to lead our hospice team in delivering exceptional, patient- and family-centered care. This role provides great leadership for the Care Center, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in every aspect of care. This night position oversees requires 9PM-7:30AM shift with rotating weekends and offers a shift differential on top of a very competitive salary. What You'll Do Lead the night-shift operations of our Hospice Care Center, ensuring every patient and family receives compassionate, high-quality care. Inspire and support an interdisciplinary team, fostering a culture of empathy, accountability, and clinical excellence. Oversee all aspects of patient care delivery, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management to maintain safe, efficient operations. Monitor quality, compliance, and performance outcomes-driving continuous improvement and exceptional satisfaction scores. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care partners to resolve complex clinical issues and ensure smooth transitions of care. What You'll Need Active Florida RN license and current CPR certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association). Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field required; Master's degree in a hospice-related discipline preferred. Minimum seven years of healthcare experience, including two years in hospice; leadership experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and engage a multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity care setting. Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills with a calm, compassionate approach. Reliable transportation and proof of current automobile insurance.
