Our office is based in Tucson, Arizona , with remote flexibility available for highly qualified candidates . This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in hospice billing.

Prepare and submit hospice claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers
Review, correct, and resubmit claims to ensure timely reimbursement
Post payments and reconcile accounts accurately
Communicate with payers and internal team members to resolve billing issues
Maintain compliant, accurate patient and billing records

Hospice billing experience is required
Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid hospice billing regulations
Proficiency with electronic billing systems and claims submission
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Applicants without hospice billing experience will not be considered.
