About The Position

Jet Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Hospice Biller to support accurate and timely billing for Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and room & board claims. Hospice billing experience and proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) are required.

Hybrid position– 3 days onsite at Fort Worth corporate office; 2 days remote.

Requirements

• Hospice billing experience required.
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Knowledge of room & board billing mechanics.
• Understanding of hospice Medicare/Medicaid billing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage hospice claims across all payer types.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Follow up on denials, rejections, and unpaid claims.
• Process corrections, adjustments, and resubmissions.
• Handle room & board billing, including facility reconciliation.
• Communicate with facilities, payers, and internal teams.
• Verify required signed documents (certifications, consents, NOMNC).
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA/CMS requirements.
