About The Position

Constellation Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for their Hospice Program. The primary function of the CNA is to assist with personal care, provide assistance, and work cooperatively with the patient and family. The Hospice Aide will be trained in appropriate and safe techniques for performing personal hygiene and grooming tasks, including bed bath, sponge bath, shower bath, and hair shampooing in sink, tub, and bed. The services of a hospice aide are ordered by a physician and are given under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Requirements

• Successfully completed the CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state
• CNA License must be active and in good standing
• Current driver's license
• Willing to drive within an assigned territory
• Reliable transportation
• At least one year of experience
• Basic knowledge of iOs operating system

Nice To Haves

• Hospice and/or home health experience is strongly preferred
