About The Position

Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate Part-Time Hospice Aide / CNA to provide high-quality patient care in homes and care facilities. Schedule Part-time Monday, Wednesday, Friday Position Summary The Hospice Aide works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide personal care services to hospice patients in accordance with the individualized plan of care.

Requirements

• Current state certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide
• Hospice, home health, or home care experience preferred
• Valid CPR certification
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel within the local service area
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal assistance
• Follow the established plan of care
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Comply with hospice regulations, policies, and procedures
• Participate in required training and team meetings
