Position Summary: The nurse aide provides compassionate care to the terminally ill by performing assigned tasks of personal care for each patient according to the Home Health Aide Assignment Sheet and under established St. Luke's Hospice policies and procedures. Personal care includes, but is not limited to bathing, hair care, mouth care, vital signs, socialization and assistance with meals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
