Our Ideal Hospice Aide Previous experience in hospice, homecare, or home health Willing to travel within our local service area Certified by the state as a home health aide Holds current CPR certification Has a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Strong ability to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities
- Follow the interdisciplinary plan of care to support each patient’s needs
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and educational programs
- Collaborate with the hospice team to deliver comprehensive care
