About The Position

Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the Mission Statement and S.P.I.R.I.T. Values of Carroll Hospice and Carroll Hospital Center. Works as a para-professional trained to provide personal care and other health care needs of the patient under the direction of the Registered Nurse.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred
• Less than 2 years of experience
• Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant course required
• Previous experience as a CNA/Home Health Aide, preferably in a Medicare Certified Program, preferred
• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
• CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider
• CHPNA - Certified Hospice Palliative Nurse Assistant
