About The Position
HopeHealth is seeking an experienced hospice aide to care for patients in their homes and in long-term care facilities in various territories in Massachusetts including in the Norwood to Attleboro area and surrounding communities. The hospice aide provides personal care and light housekeeping duties as directed by the plan of care. In this very special position, you will get to spend quality time with your patients providing them with the compassionate care they need. At HopeHealth hospice aides are a beloved member of the interdisciplinary hospice team. The duties of a hospice aide are planned and assigned by a professional nurse to meet the patient and family situation. This is a full time position with 8:00am-4:30pm hours and is eligible for benefits.
