About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Full-Time Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) for our Hospice division in the Snohomish County area. The working hours for this role are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexible schedule options! Mon to Fri, Tue to Sat, Sun to Thu. Requirements

  • Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior hospice agency experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct hospice admissions and start plans of care
  • Triage and respond to urgent patient/family needs after hours
  • Manage symptoms and initiate comfort measures
  • Educate families on hospice care and what to expect
  • Document assessments and interventions in EMR
  • Coordinate with providers and the care team
  • Support patients and families through end-of-life care
