Full-Time Hospice Admissions Nurse ( RN )
About The Position
As a Hospice Admission RN, you'll utilize critical thinking skills to facilitate comprehensive nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care and regulatory requirements. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Nursing education program
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Maryland
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse.
- Must have current Driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work site
- Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics and adhere to the Compliance Program.
Nice To Haves
- Home healthcare/hospice experience preferred.
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a special emphasis on grief/loss management.
