Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude (cars, bikes, boats — it all counts)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reliability
- Comfortable working independently most days — unless it’s a big job, you’ll run service calls solo and only see the crew at weekly meetings and when you restock.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background & drug checks
Responsibilities
- Drive a fully-equipped service van to repair and replace broken hoses on-site
- Diagnose issues, solve problems, and fabricate hoses to get equipment running again
- Manage your tools and vehicle
- Join a rotating on-call schedule (with incentive pay)
