Requirements

Mechanical aptitude (cars, bikes, boats — it all counts)
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and reliability
Comfortable working independently most days — unless it’s a big job, you’ll run service calls solo and only see the crew at weekly meetings and when you restock.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background & drug checks
Experience not required — we’ll train you and back you up with 24/7 support.

Responsibilities

Drive a fully-equipped service van to repair and replace broken hoses on-site
Diagnose issues, solve problems, and fabricate hoses to get equipment running again
Manage your tools and vehicle
Join a rotating on-call schedule (with incentive pay)
