Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet throughout the shift
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior hydraulic hose assembly experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

  • Assemble hydraulic hoses and fittings according to precise specifications
  • Inspect and pressure test completed hose assemblies for safety and quality assurance
  • Maintain and replenish inventory of hose components and fittings
  • Support internal service work orders and walk-in customer requests
  • Collaborate with parts counter and service staff to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company policies
