Requirements

• Basic plant or landscape knowledge.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a park driver’s license preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic operational knowledge of both power and hand tools.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in extreme weather conditions.
• Scheduling flexibility to work 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to complete all legal, company and department training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help grow and maintain park grounds.
• Perform ground maintenance duties including mowing, trimming, watering, weeding, planting, pruning, and container maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and quality of work area.
• Maintain accurate records of activities performed.
• Work through any weather condition, except lightning.
• Practice safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipment.
• Provide excellent service to guests and Ambassadors.
• Operate park vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
