What you get to do: You'll be part of an outstanding team dedicated to maintaining the attractive appearance of our grounds. This role will involve performing a variety of horticultural, grounds keeping and greenhouse tasks, including watering, weeding, planting, transplanting, pruning, mulching, and mowing. You will: Install, care for, maintain and remove park annuals, ornamentals, turf and trees Operate (with training) mowers, augers, trimmers, shears, tillers, utility carts, water tanks, tractors, forklift, loaders, trucks, trailers, etc. Perform cold-weather protection and hurricane preparedness Repair any weather damaged areas Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving guidelines
Previous experience in a Horticulture or Landscape setting
Ability to work with and help lead team and crew
Creative problem solving skills and able to identify potential landscape issues
Scheduling flexibility
Dependability and willingness to learn all aspects of landscaping

Nice To Haves

Heavy machinery experience (backhoe, forklift, manlift) preferred

Responsibilities
