About The Position
Employees in this role work under general supervision, overseeing workers and managing daily operations. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, maintaining the baseball facility, CPA Intramural Facility, and other designated areas. Duties involve routine facility upkeep, inspections, pesticide and fertilizer application, training other employees, and ensuring quality control of work performed. This position requires the ability to safely and efficiently operate machinery for both artificial and natural turf maintenance. Additionally, employees provide essential support for athletic and intramural events. Overtime is required to support athletic operations, and facilities staff may be expected to report as scheduled during emergency closures or inclement weather to perform critical duties, including snow removal.
