Requirements

Horticulture Degree or Certificate (or related field)
At least 2+ years prior fine gardening experience required

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
MCLP, MCH, MCA, or Master Gardener Certificate preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure Crew members understand and follow company policies, procedures, and work standards.
Act as a resource and liaison to our clients while at the job site.
Provide on-the-job training to new and current Crew Members and Crew Leaders in Training.
Coordinate all work activities at the job site with respect to timeframe, safety, and skills and capabilities of individual Crew Members
Monitor the quality of all work performed by the crew and provide guidance and correction, as necessary.
