About The Position

The Hormone Replacement Therapy Specialist at Pheonix Enterprises is a licensed medical professional responsible for providing personalized patient care in a growing medical spa and wellness center. This role emphasizes a concierge care environment, focusing on a root cause approach to health and wellness, and includes both in-person and tele-health visits. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the executive team and act as a medical liaison, ensuring high standards of care and patient advocacy.

Requirements

  • Board Certified / Licensed in the State of Florida.
  • Demonstrated industry experience with BHRT, Weight Loss, Peptides, Stem Cell Therapy and IV Therapy is a MUST.
  • Excellent medical and diagnostic expertise and the ability to build strong rapport with patients.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, along with an outstanding bedside manner.
  • Collaborative spirit with willingness to support the staff and operation of the practice.
  • Commitment to patient advocacy.
  • A keenness to learn and keep up with cutting-edge developments in the industry.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and longevity.

Nice To Haves

  • Integrative or Functional Medicine experience / certification (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Aesthetics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive, in-depth picture of the patient's health, starting with their health history.
  • Order laboratory tests and provide comprehensive laboratory reviews to drive customized treatment plans.
  • Analyze reports, examinations, and various test results to accurately diagnose patients, as well as present treatment options.
  • Properly chart treatment notes within EHR system, maintaining an open line of communication with our Patient Care Coordinators.
  • Discuss and thoroughly explain treatment and medication plans with patients.
  • Advise patients on lifestyle and diet changes that could help improve their overall health.
  • Serve as the patient's advocate (as needed) with other medical specialists and healthcare providers for comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Comply with federal and state privacy laws, always respecting patient's confidentiality.
  • Conduct both in-person and tele-health visits.
