About The Position
The Hope Navigator position is a full-time role focused on coordinating and collaborating case management to support the Hope Florida initiative, which aims to address poverty and promote economic mobility. The Navigator will assist participants in achieving self-sufficiency through job readiness, training, and placement services, while also engaging with local employers and community partners to facilitate successful outcomes.
