We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Honeymoon Specialist to help couples create memorable, well-organized honeymoon experiences. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, and ensuring every detail is handled with care from start to finish. The individual must be able to work independently while getting resources, mentorship and training.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional, reliable, and detail-focused
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Spain, Mexico and Spain
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, planning, or hospitality experience (preferred, not required)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, timelines, and priorities
- Research destinations, accommodations, and activity options
- Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and schedules
- Provide timely updates, answer questions, and ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
