High-Earning Opportunity for Experienced Automotive F&I Managers Jerry Seiner San Juan Capistrano Honda is hiring a tenured, high-performing Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead finance production and maximize backend profitability. This role is ideal for experienced F&I professionals who thrive in a commission-based, performance-driven dealership environment and consistently deliver strong per-copy, penetration, and compliance results. This position is not entry-level . We are seeking an established F&I Manager with a proven track record in automotive finance, product sales, and deal structure. Compensation $90,000 - $200,000+ per year (DOE & Performance) Base salary + commission Performance-based incentives and volume bonuses Compensation structured in compliance with California law Top-producing F&I Managers have uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of automotive finance and insurance operations Structure vehicle finance and lease contracts accurately and efficiently Sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, maintenance, and protection plans Maximize finance gross, product penetration, and per-copy averages Ensure all deals meet state, federal, and lender compliance requirements Work closely with Sales Managers to close deals and protect profitability Train and coach sales staff on finance processes and product presentation Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores Ensure timely funding and clean deal jackets Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of Automotive F&I Manager experience Proven success meeting or exceeding F&I performance metrics Strong closing skills and confidence presenting financial products Experience working in a high-volume automotive dealership Knowledge of California and federal automotive finance regulations Stable employment history with demonstrated tenure Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software Valid California driver's license and insurable driving record Honda dealership experience is strongly preferred.
