As an ambassador to the Company, the Client Experience Manager-previously known as a sales facilitator, will be professional, approachable, honest, and have strong in-person presentational skills. The Sales facilitator must maintain current knowledge and training of the dealership’s vehicles and models. The individual must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and be driven by success. CEM's will take customers on test drives, and be accountable for ensuring all proper paperwork and documentation is complete and accurate to keep compliant with federal, state, and local laws. Candidates will be handling finances and working alongside the finance managers to ensure the customer understands and is comfortable with the process. Punjabi/Spanish speaking candidates preferred.
