Honda of Libertyville is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associates to join our dynamic sales team. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, providing exceptional service, and helping them find the perfect Honda vehicle to meet their needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to speak/comprehend Polish, Russian, Spanish, or Ukranian a plus!!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and listen to their vehicle preferences and requirements.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by showcasing Honda models and explaining features, benefits, and available options.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance, safety features, and technology to customers.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and incentives, and assist customers with the purchase or lease process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with sales managers and finance team members to complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Stay updated on Honda products, features, and promotions to effectively promote and sell vehicles.
