About The Position
Under the direction of the Director of Instruction and with the support of an Instructional Administrator, the Homeschool Teacher is responsible for the education of assigned TK-12th grade students and will create an individualized and flexible program favorable for learning and personal growth. In addition, the Homeschool Teacher will support instruction based on the California Common Core State Standards and will address student needs for academic intervention and enrichment. The Homeschool Teacher will also work with the student's parents to provide guidance, resources, and strategies to ensure optimal learning and positive social/emotional development. This position is eligible to serve additional students for the Additional Student Stipend up to the maximum student caseload below. Additional students over the maximum student caseload must be approved by the Executive Director.
