About The Position

Easterseals NH is hiring a Homemaker to join their Homemakers and Health Services team. This role is part of a dedicated group of in-home caregivers, offering the opportunity to provide care, comfort, and connection to clients. The Homemaker will support clients in promoting independence, creating a safe home environment, and offering companionship in a 1:1 home setting. Easterseals New Hampshire and Vermont serves approximately 18,000 children, adults, seniors, families, and veterans annually across two states, providing services in areas such as early intervention, autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, adult day and in-home care, behavioral health, family-centered practices for child welfare, housing, and substance use disorders. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Assist with running errands such as grocery shopping
• Follow each individual's care plan
• Complete required daily documentation
