About The Position

PAI is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homemaker/IHS Professional to serve individuals with disabilities. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, help them maintain independence, and assist with household responsibilities and meal preparation. Schedule: Mon-Fri, Day schedule - 33 hours per week. Locations: Woodbury, Stillwater Lake Elmo (East Metro Area). About PAI Phoenix Alternatives, Inc. Requirements

• High school degree/G.E.D. and be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass DHS background study and maintain clearance to provide direct services without continuous supervision.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Household Assistance : Help with household chores such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
• Safety and Well-being : Ensure a safe and secure environment for the individuals you support.
• Emotional Support : Foster companionship and provide emotional support, creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere.
