Under general supervision, the Homelessness Program Manager plays an integral part in supporting the implementation of city’s homelessness strategy. This position provides specialized program management related to contracts, budget and financial tracking, and program data and performance reporting for homelessness initiatives. This position provides accurate contract administration, monitors expenditures and funding alignment, and maintains reliable program data. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining reports and documentation, reviewing invoices and payment requests, and supporting compliance with contractual and funding requirements. In addition, this position works closely with internal city departments to support effective program implementation by identifying data trends, potential risks, and technical issues related to contracts, budgets or performance reporting, and by providing analysis and information to inform policy decisions.
