About The Position
NorthKey Community Care is seeking two full-time Case Managers for Homeless Services to work with clients experiencing homelessness. The role involves providing case management and care coordination services, empowering clients to develop necessary skills for recovery and self-management of their mental health and/or substance use diagnoses. A Bachelor's Degree in a human services field is required, along with at least one year of relevant experience.
