The Homeland Relationship Manager (HRM) team is responsible for creating and maintaining effective relationships between Worldwide Homeland Operations and the Homeland teams to facilitate homeland operational strategy and the Family History Temple Support Plan. This HRM position will focus on building relationships, prioritizing and tracking homeland projects through the project cycle, tracking budgets, preparing and executing project status reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
  • Minimum 5 years (7+ preferred) of experience in project management or Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, oral and written communication.
  • Experience in project management and the use of PM software (i.e. Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Salesforce).
  • Skilled in the use of Excel and Word, and PowerPoint software programs.
  • Familiarity with Family History and Genealogy.
  • Excellent data analysis, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culture awareness and experience working in or with an international organization is a plus.
  • PMP certification required, or obtained in the first 12 months of employment, or other project management certification recognized in specific industries.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeland stakeholders and address their operational needs and ensure effective project scheduling and prioritization.
  • Support worldwide homeland operations team in meeting delivery schedules of internal, partner, and commercially indexed records.
  • Facilitate homeland strategy and the Family History Temple Support Plan. Present status reports to Senior Leadership during Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Provide strategic advice and daily support to meet publication goals.
  • Preside over weekly coordination meetings with Area Managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Problem solving and risk management.
  • Coordination with operational teams to ensure all projects are set up properly.
  • Resolving operational questions and concerns in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Coordinating support for digital reproduction, publication of acquisitions and ensuring contract obligations are met.
  • Preparation, analysis, ingest, and set up of contracts and projects.
  • Support continuous learning and development within the team, particularly in strategic management and process enhancement.
