The Homecare Service Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for clients and direct service staff, ensuring services are delivered effectively, compassionately, and in alignment with individual care plans. This role combines client advocacy, care coordination, and administrative leadership to support individuals in maintaining independence and quality of life.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of human services or related experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Compassion for working with older adults and people with disabilities
- Associate’s degree in human services (or related experience)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
